What payment options do you accept?
We accept the following dental insurance plans, Aetna, Cigna, Careington, Delta Dental, Humana, Guardian, Metlife, TMHP Medicaid, MCNA, and Dentaquest for your convenience and are happy to submit your claims.
We are also pleased to accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and CareCredit. For major treatments, our team will work with you to develop a payment plan.

At Smiley Pearls, we recognize that some of our valued patients do not carry dental insurance. We're pleased to offer an in-house membership plan so you and your family can access quality dental care at a reduced price.
For one low flat fee, you can cover your routine dental exams, cleaning, and x-rays for the whole year and also receive sizable discounts on other treatments. Our in-house membership plan is more affordable than most traditional insurance plans and offers many additional benefits without a waiting period, pre-authorizations, deductibles, copays, or yearly maximums!
